The following is a list of foreign currencies, the values of which have been fixed in accordance with section 1, act of March 3, 1873.

The above rates will be taken in estimating the values of all foreign merchandise made out in any of said currencies imported on or after January 1, 1874, but will not be applied to goods imported before that day.
