Stran 148 - ... such as may fairly and reasonably be considered either arising naturally, ie according to the usual course of things from such breach of contract itself, or such as may reasonably be supposed to have been in the contemplation of both parties at the time they made the contract, as the probable result of the breach of it.
Stran 81 - No order made by the High Court of Justice or any Judge thereof, by the consent of parties, or as to costs only, which by law are left to the discretion of the Court, shall be subject to any appeal, except by leave of the Court or Judge making such order.

Stran 164 - In my opinion, the right of shooting is a right to shoot over the lands as the lands may happen to be at the time, the landlord, of course, not doing anything for the express purpose of injuring the right of shooting.
Stran 127 - The goods having been transferred into the name of the purchaser, it would shake the best established principles, still to allow a stoppage in transitu. From that moment the defendants became trustees for the purchaser, and there was an executed delivery as much as if the goods had been delivered into his own hands.
Stran 156 - Gilford (1) it was held that, in order to obtain an injunction restraining a threatened act on the ground that, if done, it will be a violation of some legal right, the plaintiff must shew that the act must result in a violation of such right.
