Stran 61 - (b) Subject to any contrary stipulations which may be provided for in the present Treaty the Allied and Associated Powers reserve the right to retain and liquidate all property rights and interests belonging at the date of the coining into force of the present treaty to German. Nationals
Stran 93 - for securing the paying or giving by some other person of any money or other property on any such event or contingency ; is called a common betting house. " Any person who opens, keeps, or uses, a common betting house is guilty of a misdemeanour, and is liable to imprisonment with hard labour for three years.
Stran 32 - paid in priority to all other debts, excepting rent, as hereinafter provided. Between themselves such debts shall rank equally, and shall be paid in full, unless the property of the insolvent is insufficient to meet them, in which case; they shall abate in equal proportions between themselves—that is to say—

Stran 61 - The liquidation shall be carried out in accordance with the laws of the Allied or Associated States concerned and the German owner shall not be able to dispose of such property rights or interest nor to subject them to any charge without the consent of that State.
Stran 92 - Any place opened, kept, or used for the purposes aforesaid, or any of them, shall be a common gaming house within the meaning of the Act of Council passed in the fourteenth year of Her present Majesty, intituled ' An Act to Amend the Law concerning Games and Wagers.
Stran 61 - and in general all cash assets of enemies shall be dealt with as follows :— "(1) As regards Powers adopting Section III and the annex thereto the said proceeds and cash assets shall be credited to the Power of which the owner is a National through the clearing office established thereunder.
