The Penalty on Persons offering Goods for sale, under pretence of being run or prohibited, is treble the value of the goods, or 1001.—6 Geo. IV. c. 108. $ 48. Restricted Goods deemed Run Goods, for the purpose of proceeding
for forfeiture. All Goods, the importation of which is restricted, either on account of the package or the place from whence brought, or otherwise, which are of a description admissible to duty, and which shall be found and seized in the United Kingdom, under any law relating to the Customs or Excise, shall, for the purpose of proceeding for the forfeiture of them, or for any penalty incurred in respect of them, be described in any information exhibited on account of such forfeiture or penalty, as Goods liable to, and unshipped without, payment of duties.-2 & 3 Will. EUROPE.—The following articles, being of the growth or pro-

Asia, AFRICA, or AMERICA.-Goods, the produce of Asia, Africa, or America, may not be imported from Europe into the United Kingdom, to be used therein, except the following ; viz.:
Goods, the produce of places in Asia or Africa, within the Straits of Gibraltar, or of the dominions of the Emperor of Morocco, imported from places in Europe, within the Straits of Gibraltar.—6 Geo. IV. c. 109, $ 3.
