Stran 3 - enemy goods, with the exception of contraband of war. (3) Neutral goods, with the exception of contraband of war, are not liable to capture under the enemy's flag. Stran 31 - if the goods are consigned to enemy authorities, to a fortified place belonging to the enemy or other place serving as a base for the armed forces of the enemy, or to a trader established in the enemy country, who, as a matter of common knowledge, supplies articles of this kind to the enemy.
Stran 68 - Article 25.—Articles susceptible of use in war as well as for purposes of peace, other than those enumerated in Articles 22 and 24, may be added to the list of conditional contraband by a declaration, which must be notified in the manner provided for in the second paragraph of Article 23.

Stran 54 - Article 20.—A vessel which has broken blockade outwards, or which has attempted to break blockade inwards, is liable to capture so long as she is pursued by a ship of the blockading force. If the pursuit is abandoned, or if the blockade is raised, her capture can no longer be effected.
