EXECUTIVE ORDER The president of the Municipal Board of the city of Manila is hereby substituted in place of the Provost-Marshal-General of Manila as trustee of the funds appropriated by Act Numbered Ninety-four for the widow of Celestino Cruz, and he is hereby authorized and directed to hold and expend such funds as provided by Act Numbered Ninety-four.
