Upon the joint recommendation of the Treasurer and Auditor of the Philippine Islands, it is hereby ordered that H. A. Lanupman, disbursing officer, United States Philippine Comimssion, in addition to acting as disbursing officer for the Bureaus mentioned in Eexecutive Order Numbered Twenty-nine, shall also act as disbursing officer for the Offices of the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Commerce and Police, the Secretary of Finance and Justice, the Secretary of Public Instruction, and for the Museum of Ethnology, Natural History, and Commerce. Pack shall assume the duties of the office of governor of Benguet.
