Thompson, provincial treasurer, Iloilo, Philippine Islands, and Lewis Patstone, first-class inspector, Philippines Constabulary, are hereby appointed a committee, under the provisions of section nine, Act Two hundred and fifteen, United States Philippine Commission, for the purpose of investigating. reporting upon, and fixing the responsibility for discrepancies and shortages of property covered by invoices numbered three hundred and ninety-five and seven hundred and forty-four of the Department of Public Instruction and for which Gilbert N. Brink, division superintendent of schools, Island of Panay, is accountable.
