Stran 215 - The powers of the government shall be divided into three distinct departments — the legislative, executive, and judicial ; and no person or persons belonging to, or constituting one of these departments, shall exercise any of the powers properly belonging to either of the others, except as herein expressly provided.

Stran 61 - The liability of a person who is a co-debtor with, or guarantor or in any manner a surety for, a bankrupt shall not be altered by the discharge of such bankrupt.
Stran 91 - That any employee of any such common carrier who may be injured by any locomotive, car, or train In use contrary to the provision of this act shall not be deemed thereby to have assumed the risk thereby occasioned, although continuing In the employment of such carrier after the unlawful use of such locomotive, car. or train had been brought to his knowledge.
