JOHN RUGGLES, has been elected in place of Mr. Sprague, of Maine who resigned on the 6th of January, 1835.

WARREN R. DAVIS, of S. Carolina, died in Washington, Jan. 29, 1835 JAMES M. WAYNE, of Georgia, resigned on the 13th of January, 1835 C. C. CAMBRELENG, of New York, Chairman of the Committee d Foreign Relations, in place of Mr. Wayne.
