Stran 15 - The treasurer shall give an undertaking to the people of the State for the faithful performance of his trust in an amount fixed by the Commissioner of Education. The undertaking shall be approved by said Commissioner and filed in the office of the Comptroller.
Stran 5 - Children between the ages of seven and fourteen, who are idiotic, or so deficient in intelligence as to be incapable of being educated at any ordinary school, and who are not epileptic, insane or greatly deformed, may be admitted by the superintendent, with the advice and consent of the executive committee.
