Stran 39 - Tuesday in January and July of each year, and as often in addition as may be necessary for the transaction of such business as may properly come before it under the provisions of this act, and shall have power to make all necessary rules and regulations for the transaction of its business.
Stran 70 - for a term of office of four years, and until his successor shall have been appointed and qualified. The additional member so appointed shall be a reputable practicing physician and a graduate of a reputable school or college of the system by which he practices, and shall belong to some school or system of practice other than those which are now represented
Stran 39 - to meet in the city of Indianapolis within thirty days after their appointment, and organize by the election of a President, Secretary and Treasurer, who shall serve until the second Tuesday in January following, and their successors shall be elected on the second Tuesday in January annually thereafter. The
Stran 35 - AN ACT regulating the practice of medicine, surgery and obstetrics, providing for the issuing of licenses to practice, providing for the appointment of a State Board of Medical Registration and Examination and defining their duties, defining certain misdemeanors and providing penalties, and repealing all laws in conflict therewith and certain acts therein specified. Stran 48 - conflict with this act are hereby repealed, and also an act entitled, "An act regulating the practice of medicine, surgery and obstetrics, providing for the issuing of license to practice, defining certain misdemeanors and providing penalties," approved April 11, 1885, and all amendments thereto be and the same are hereby repealed.
Stran 48 - and on conviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200). Sec. 10. All laws and parts of laws in
