ON and after the coming into operation of this Act, all duties of customs imposed upon cattle (including bullocks, steers, cows, and calves), pigs and sheep (including wethers, ewes, and lambs), and upon frozen and chilled meat other than pork, are hereby repealed. Repeal. 2. EVERY person exhibiting for sale imported frozen or Persons selling chilled meat shall affix thereto a label stating distinctly and legibly, chilled or frozen in printed or written characters, that such meat is imported frozen meat to label the meat or imported chilled meat, as the case may be. same. 3. Penalty. Repeal of Duties on Live Stock and Frozen Meat. 3. IF any person fails to comply with the provisions of the last preceding section, he shall be guilty of an offence, and, upon conviction thereof by a Court of summary jurisdiction, shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding Fifty pounds. Appropriation of supplies. Schedule A. Appropriation-1900-1. Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows (that is to say):— 1. THERE shall and may be issued and applied, for or towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty for the services of the year ending the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and one, the following sums, that is to say: From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of One million six hundred and eighty-one thousand one hundred and fifty-seven pounds six shillings and one penny. From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million and four hundred and ninety-eight thousand five hundred and twenty pounds and threepence. 2. ALL sums granted by this Act, and the Acts mentioned in Schedule A to this Act, towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty, that is to say: From the Consolidated Revenue Fund, the sum of Two million three hundred and eighty-one thousand one hundred and fifty-seven pounds six shillings and one penny; From moneys to credit of the General Loan Fund, the sum of One million seven hundred and forty-eight thousand five hundred and twenty pounds and threepence; are appropriated and shall be deemed to have been appropriated Schedules B and C. for the purposes and services expressed in Schedules B and C.
