Stran 245 - JUDICIARY. Court of Errors and Appeals. This court is composed of the Chancellor, the Judges of the Supreme Court, and six other judges appointed by the Governor, with the consent of the Senate, who hold office for six years, one judge vacating his seat each year in rotation. The court holds stated terms at Trenton, on the third Tuesdays of January, April, July, and October.
