En route to Portland conferences will be held in Detroit, Mich., St. Paul, Minn., Helena, Mont., and Bismarck, N. Dak., April 27-May 17, 1915. A conference will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio, February 22-27, 1915, in connection with the department of superintendence of the National Education Association.
