Stran 689 - Before any license is issued it shall be numbered and recorded in a book kept in the regents' office, and its number shall be noted in the license. This record shall be open to public inspection, and in all legal proceedings shall have the same weight as evidence that is given to a record of conveyance of land.
Stran 699 - January first, nineteen hundred and nine, except as hereinafter provided, upon presentation of satisfactory evidence, verified by oath, that he is more than twenty-one years of age, of good moral character...
Stran 695 - ... upon the period of apprenticeship required by this Act as a qualification to take the examination to determine his fitness to receive a certificate of registration as a registered barber.

Stran 690 - No school of optometry shall be approved unless it has a minimum requirement of a course of study of one thousand attendance hours.
Stran 693 - All persons successfully passing such examination shall be registered in the board register, which shall be kept by said secretary, as licensed to practice optometry, and shall also receive a certificate of such registration, to be signed by the president and secretary of said board, which shall be filed as hereinbefore provided.
Stran 690 - Drivers of vehicles shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, of good moral character, shall be fully competent to operate the vehicles under their charge and shall hold license from the State Motor Vehicle Department as required by section 24, paragraph (a) of the Motor Vehicle Act.
