Stran 110 - All rules and orders relating to the organization and government of the military students, the appointment, promotion, and change of officers, and all other orders affecting the military department, except those relating to routine duty, will be made and promulgated by the professor of military science and tactics after being approved by the chief administrative officer of the institution.
Stran 109 - The cadet officers are appointed by the commandant of cadets, subject to the approval of the President. The commissioned officers are usually selected from the senior class, the sergeants from the junior class, and the corporals from the sophomore class, general merit and military efficiency being the qanlifications considered.
Stran 112 - The Professor of Military Science and Tactics shall render a quarterly report to the Adjutant General of the Army of the whole number of undergraduate students in the institution capable of performing military duty, the number required by the institution to be enrolled as military students, the average attendance at drills, the number absent, and number and kind of drills, recitations and lectures, or other instruction had during the quarter, and the number reported for discipline.
