Stran 54 - It is alleged that at Jonesti in February or March 1924, a group of young men and women were singing songs in a private house, when two gendarmes held the doors and two other gendarmes entered and beat the young men with rifle butts. It is alleged that the gendarmes said no songs could be sung in Hungarian.
