increased security of tenure to the Irish

have existed or do exist to prevent the opera-
tion of those provisions; and also to make
like special inquiries and report as to the
provisions of that Act introduced to facilitate
the acquisition by the tenant of the absolute
interest in his farm; and generally to inquire
and report as to all matters connected with
the tenure of land in Ireland which Her
Majesty may see fit in Her wisdom to refer
