THE NATIONAL COLORS. As soon as the color bearers reach their posts, the AMERICAN NATIONAL ANTHEM will be played, after which the audience will take seats. At the proper time the President will return to the ceremonial stand, step up on the platform in front of the Presidential flag, and review the parade. The other officials and distinguished guests who have retired into the Chamber of the former House of Representatives may return to their respective places in the ceremonial stand to view the parade.
