Proposals by a corporation should be signed with the name of the corporation, followed by the signature of the president, secretary, or other person authorized to bind, it in the matter, who should file evidence of his authority to do so.
Stran 50 - Department at the several posts and stations and with the armies in the field, and for the horses of the several regiments of cavalry, the batteries of artillery, and such companies of infantry and scouts as may be mounted, and for the authorized number of officers...
Stran 25 - For commutation of subsistence and for services of persons employed at a per diem rate payment will be made for the actual number of days. 9. When services are rendered from one given date to another the account will state clearly whether both dates are included.
