Stran 302 - To justify the state in thus interposing its authority in behalf of the public, it must appear, first, that the interests of the public generally, as distinguished from those of a particular class, require such interference ; and second, that the means are reasonably necessary for the accomplishment of the purpose, and not unduly oppressive upon individuals.

Stran 627 - In any case in which the constitutionality of any law of the United States, or the validity or construction of any treaty made under its authority, is drawn in question. Stran 96 - Commission and deprives the companies of their property without due process of law, in violation of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.
Stran 110 - The findings of the Commission are made by law prima facie true, and this court has ascribed to them the strength due to the judgments of a tribunal appointed by law and informed by experience.
