[Assented to 31st July, 1878.] HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Twelfth Clause of the Preamble. Crown Lands Consolidation Act-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in the present Parliament assembled: Clause 12 of the Crown Lands Consolidation Act shall be read and construed as if the following words were added to such clause: "Provided that nothing in this clause as to no one Section containing a greater area than five hundred acres shall apply to any land that may have been surveyed previous to the coming into operation of this Act."
