Stran 413 - And the said records and judicial proceedings, so authenticated shall have such faith and credit given to them in every court within the United States, as they have by law or usage in the courts of the State from which they are taken.
Stran 314 - When a given state of facts is such that reasonable men may fairly differ upon the question as to whether there was negligence or not, the determination of the matter is for the jury.
