Stran 10 - By Executive order dated October 25, 1910, the President directed that " Plans for no public building to be erected in the District of Columbia for the General Government shall be hereafter finally approved by the officer duly authorized until after such officer shall have submitted the plans to the Commission of Fine Arta created under the act of Congress of May 17, 1910, for its comment and advice.
