Documents Illustrative of the Canadian Constitution: Edited with Notes and Appendixes

Up until 1891 the Canadian constitution was actually a compilation of documents. This work seeks to review these documents and thereby review the history of the Canadian constitution. Included are the Treaty of Utrecht, Representative Institutions in the Maritime Provisions, the Treaty of Paris, the Royal Proclamation, Quebec Act, Constitutional Act, Union Act, British North America Act, Treaties Relating to Canada, Canadian Boundaries, Extradition and Fisheries.
