Stran 9 - The manufacturer shall afford the inspector, free of charge, all reasonable facilities to satisfy him that the material is being furnished in accordance with these specifications. Tests and inspection at the place of manufacture shall be made prior to shipment. (b) The purchaser may make the tests to govern the acceptance or rejection of material in his own laboratory or elsewhere.
Stran 6 - An analysis to determine the percentages of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulphur shall be made by the manufacturer from a test ingot taken during the pouring of each melt, a copy of which shall be given to the purchaser or his representative. This analysis shall conform to the requirements specified in Section 6.
