I'll give it a 2.5 because so much work was put into it and it wasn't really that bad. I liked the split views from the Americans and British. I could not enjoy the book, however, as much as would have if the author did not go into the depth of details he put into the book. I feel that there were many things that could have been simpler said so that the important parts of the book would not have been so distantly strayed from. This book was very well put though, and as far as historical summer reading goes, it was not the worst.
