really liked it

This was dense and, given that I listened on audiobook, I'm sure I missed some of it, but it is a comprehensive look at the revolutionary war and the trials our soldiers went through to fight for their country. It also did a great job illuminating strengths and weaknesses of Washington and other war generals. It was an honest and revealing look at US history.
