I certainly learned a lot about George Washington and the American Revolution that was never taught in school. It really makes you appreciate your country and the men and women who sacrificed so much for our freedom. We couldn't last a day in their shoes...oh many of them didn't even have shoes. It was interesting but it was not an easy read. I was hoping for more of a story but this was quite dry.
