it was ok

I loved what I learned from this book, it gave me such an intimate look into the life and times of this important part of history. I particularly loved learning more about George Washington, Nathaniel Greene, and Henry Knox and some not so noble characters like General Howe (he was a bit of a lazy, ladies man) and Charles Lee (Washington's second in command). The reason I rated this book so low was it was a very hard read, I didn't look forward to when I could read it next and consequently it took me forever to get through it. I am glad I read it, but it took some work.
