It was a'ight... it was written like a VERY boring documentary. There was NO flow. People appeared and disappeared in and out of the book so fast that often times I couldn't even determine which side they were fighting on. The author littered the entire body of the text with names, dates, places, pedigrees and political standings to the point that I lost track of the story. I had NO emotional commitment to the war portrayed... it's only redeeming grace was the detail with which it described George Washington. Now see, THAT was interesting.
