Nice synopsis of the revolution; even though the book concentrates on the year 1776, it would have been nice to have had at least summaries of the remaining battles that went through 1783 and the treaty of Paris.

It's chief value lies in the bibliography, and the tendency it will have to drive you to further research and to other books.
