This book was not quite as good as another of Mc Cullough's books, Truman . Although a very informative book that painted a great portrait of George Washington, the book was too full of quotes to be an enjoyable read. It will spur me to read more about the American Revolution and George Washington. After reading this book, it is amazing that American won it's independence, knowing how outnumbered they were and how many things went wrong.
