I think I was expecting more from this book. It seemed like a well written history textbook. References to letters written by those involved. Practically half the book was the references themselves. I thought it lacked analysis. For someone like myself who is uninformed about most of the Revolutionary war it was interesting. Just a bit to dry for casual reading.
