A great history of the beginnings of the Revolutionary War. It did not capture my imagination quite as well as The Johnstown Flood. It did give me a lot of insight as to George Washington, that even though he was a great hero and widely respected man, he was just that...a man. He struggled with some indecision, and he made mistakes. It is amazing how close our new country came to losing the war on several occasions.
