I listened to the audio version of this book. I'm not sure I could have made it through the whole thing just reading it, but I LOVED listening to the audiobook. I realized that there are a lot of details about the preservation and founding of this nation that I really have never learned. Hearing about the circumstances of the people who fought to establish this nation was very humbling. The Lord's hand was definitely in it through all the steps along the way! If there ever were underdogs, it had to be those striving to establish the free nation.
